Still No straightforward answer!

I switched from Virgin to EE, with the promise that the £300 for the switch would be made as soon as the Virgin account was paid and verified.
I emailed end of April to enquire  and received a response to say that the credit would be applied with 28 days.  I emailed again, and the responder had clearly not read my email correctly. Advise me that the credit was applied on the 2/5... NO it hadn't, the email was sent on the 2/5 advising the credit would be made...  I switched on the proviso that the credit would be refunded, however then found out that it would be credited to account and that once the credit had been made I needed to call to get it transferred to my bank account.   I assume this will then take another 28 days... ? EE I am close to closing the account due to the poor service, lack of information provided, and waste of time going back and forth.  W

where is the credit? Show me ! I've tried calling and that's a waste of time!

Good evening @Mark196210.

Welcome to the Community!

Like @Mustrum mentioned, have you had a chance to check if a recent bill has been produced, showing the added credit?

If this is active on your account, you can have it returned by direct debit which takes up to 5 working days, or via cheque which takes up to 14.

@Mark196210   have you looked at your bills, or have you had one since the 2nd?

Edit

PS, no one on this user forum has account access, so after looking at your bill and account you would need to speak to CS.

Thanks for the reply.  I'll look on the next bill and check again then.

@Johnster69666 Just in case you do not have this all NO matter what you HAVE to pay VM every penny that they request up front and straight away, YOU WILL not get a single penny from EE until you have paid VM everything that is owed to them.

Then you can claim and go through the process with EE to get the approval and the payment arranged by whatever method that you and EE agree upon!
