Hello,
I have just received my new router under order number 33966675.
The supplied transformer seems to have a fault, I have temporarily rectified this by using a transformer from another device in the house but this can only be a short term / temporary solution.
Can you please dispatch a replacement ?

No, @GRC-1, this user discussion forum does not keep a stock of kit for sending out to users. You will need to phone CS to request a replacement router or at least a power train.
