Did you mean:

Router says delivered but not

I took out broadband which is due to switch on, on the 10 august. I received an email stating;

You should have received your following broadband equipment(s) by post (along with instructions on setting up your broadband).

  • EE wireless router

does this mean I should have received it already. Because I haven’t, nor have I had any tracking details?

@Adgask  EE are sometimes a bit keen on sending out emails.  I’ll give it a couple of days then I would call customer service to chase this up

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE aim to send out routers so they arrive on the day before your "go live" date at the latest.

There is no reason why that msg was couched in the past tense.
