Receving Incoming Calls

Hi,

we have recently installed the new Hub and have received an adapter for our landline.  We can make calls from the landline and receive them, but when we receive them the phone does not ring.  

Any suggestions most welcome before I phone EE.

What type of phone have you plugged into the adaptor?

If you plug it into the hub directly and call your number does it ring?

If you have an old "broadband filter" around, try pluging it in at the adaptor end and then the phone in to it.
