Received a warning from ee that I had not returned my bt router - I have not yet received the promised return-bag and tried as requested in the email to log into my ee "account" to advise them but on doing so all my "account" shows is my profile and log in details - NOTHING ELSE that would help me to request the missing bag and more worryingly NOTHING ELSE about my new packege, contract, or billing arrangements. I tried looking on my old bt page and that now shows that all I have left with them is email arrangements. No history or anything that might prove remotely useful.
