Was persuaded to switch to ee from bt when in local ee shop fixing a sim problem. I have ee TV. Rarely had an issue with bt signal but ee drops out every eve at around 10pm.
Could manage my repeater discs with bt via the app but ee app still hasn't connected my broadband and TV products after 3 weeks.
Hopeless.wisg I'd never moved.

What happens when you log into the EE app, do you get an error message?
Have you reported the app and the drop outs you are experiencing to our broadband technical support guides?
