Just happened to me too, I was trying to cancel my contract over the phone and I've got charged 34.98
Also on my account it still shows a resetting month for the next month so I don't even know if they actually cancelled, this is an absolute joke.

Is this the service you were trying to cancel, or the service that incurred the call charge? What number was it that you called?

@Niikutea : Had you completed your min. term when you cancelled? If not, that charge will be the Early Termination charge.
