Hi, so I purchased a broadband deal on the 15/09/22 input all the details I needed to fill out I received a email from Customer services for Contract summary and pre-contract information afterwards I didn't receive a email confirmation for my order as of now no money has been taken out of the bank as of yet so not what to do.

Among that Contract summary etc. are you given your "go live" date? if so wait until then.
