Problem receiving emails

Nikonitis

I have been with BT for many many years. Recently EE took over all BT accounts. This has largely been ok. Recently a forum of which I am a member, has said that emails sent to me by them are bouncing back. I am clueless as to why as I haven't changed anything. Any advice as to what may have changed at this end would be helpful. Other similar forums with which I communicate still function without issue.

Who is your email provider? If 1 sender out of many is having trouble sending you emails you need to take it up with your email provider.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

As idiotic as it sounds, I thought EE, as the provider of telephone and broadband, managed it.. It didn't occur to me that BT still managed our email. I shall contact them. Thanks very much for the nudge!!

Yes, if your email provider was BT, it'll still be BT. EE won't have taken it over as they offer no email service.
