My bill increased from £36 to £38.32, anyone know why this is

@LeclercSZN  was that increase around April ?  If it was it’s because of the yearly price increase.  Your tariff price isn’t fixed for the duration of that contract it’ll receive an increase each year inline with CPI + 3.9% as per the T&Cs of that contract you agreed too.

 Are you still within your contract period for your BB ?

@Chris_B : The CPI + 3.9% increase is also applied to BB.
