Received a text yesterday about MY new EE broadband going live, I have not ordered a new broadband? Could it be a new contract?

From number 66033

Also have an email saying I have a new broadband update?

It is definitely worth giving our customer service guides a call to get this checked out.

It could be that the wrong number has been given and there is nothing to worry about, but the team will be able to make sure that nothing has been set up for your address, and if it has been, help to get it resolved.

@kjw2025  you need to call customer support about this as soon as possible

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
