Hi, does anyone have any experience with port forwarding? Don’t seem to be able to save a new rule or protocol, just doesn’t save, not sure if I have a setting wrong elsewhere which is preventing this?
any help please!

Have a range of port forward No’s, nor sure which to use.
Background, I have a gate intercom and since switching broadband from Sky to EE I am not receiving notifications to my I phone, have spent a couple of hours on the phone with the intercom manufacturers tech team to eliminate a hardware fault, all good no faults. They say it can only be a closed port causing it, they think 443, but have given me a range of others to try 80/10002/10005/13140/8600, as you can imagine I have no idea which to use and in which combination, spoken with EE so called technical help, they have no idea and don’t have a level two technical dept for broadband.

If you don't know what ports need forwarding & the device manufacturer doesn't either, we can't tell you what they should be. EE block no outgoing ports. Port forwarding is only needed for unsolicited access to incoming ports. I would say:
All the same, show me the Port Forwarding page filled in with what you tried but it wouldn't Save.
