so i can access out side my network for my home server

Trying to open port 443, 22, 8080, 80, 2022 for all of them but saying all ready in use by 192.168.1.232  is there a fix

What exactly are you trying to do? What devices are there on the 3 IPs mentioned?

You can't port forward a particular port to more than 1 device. It does not make sense to say "When a packet comes in addressed to port X forward it to posts p, q & r of devices on IPs P, Q & R". I suspect that you don't really understand what port forwarding is & that you don't need port forwarding.

if the internet wont work then i just put it in the datacentre some where near me

Are you saying that you are running the domain projectphil.co.uk on your own server? All those URLs map onto IP 31.52.100.141. Is that your router's public IP?

You don't direct access to the diff sub-domains by port forwarding but you need to program your server at the top-level to decide which sub-domain is required & accordingly direct it to the appropriate code.

nothing about the domains buddy they work fine just the ports been blocked by wifi

Yes, that sounds like what you need to do. I doubt you can do what you want with a domestic grade router.
