Had my new EE broadband installed yesterday. they came out installed it all cut my virgin supply off so they could use the same hole, then to be told that the new broadband they have installed don’t work as there is a problem with the pole outside and they are going to let me know in the next 10 days what they are going to do, so I am left with out any internet as they cut my current supply off and can’t give me a date or any information on when they are going to sort it out.

what can I do about this

@Jake186 : All you can do is wait for then to fix it but in the meantime ask CS for the loan of a mobile router with decent data so you can get on the Net while the BB is down.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your address? Post the whole table, the text below it and the line above it, blanking out your address.

@Jake186 You should get a better idea around Tuesday once the Report goes in, who did the Installation a OR Openreach Engineer or one off there contractors?

@Jake186  did they ask you if you were alright with them cutting the Virgin cable ? Or did they just do it.  I’m going to guess it wasn’t an open reach engineer but probably company who that do work on behalf of open reach.   If you say it differently was an open reach engineer and they didn’t ask for permission I’ll be kicking off to get this fixed asap. I’ll be kicking off anyway regardless.   This is not acceptable in the slightest.
