EE are a pack of bandits. I don't know why I signed up for a broad band sevice costing £ 50.00 a month. I must have been demented. There are faster and cheaper options in the market. I can't wait for the day when I can tell EE to get stuffed and join another more reasonable supplier. Death to EE. !!

If you knew that why didn't you take them up? You did your research, didn't you?

@AnthonyHarverso You can leave at anytime you need, EE will tell you what you need to stump up as an ETF. You just have to watch and compare a like for like on the EE side package to whoever the new ISP would be. at £50/month you could have anything who knows. Faster / Cheaper does not always cut the Mustard.

@AnthonyHarverso : If you went live within the last 14 days, you always have a cooling-off period up to 14 days after installation to cancel your order FoC.

Do you have a technical issue or are you just ranting. If you want to complain you can do so here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint
Thanks

@AnthonyHarverso Are you past the 14 day's cool down/off period with your order and joining EE then? If you have a mobile you could look at the EE One, savings to be made but also some sacrifice at the same time but may or may not suit.
