Nowhere, if you've forgotten the admin pwd which was also on the slider from the back of the router. You may have to call CS to see if they know or if they will send you a replacement router incl. its slider.

@Clara5 You cannot, that will require EE CS to replace your router with a replacement unit, so give them a call and see what the cost charge for doing it will be. If you have ever connected to it with a PC/Laptop using web manager, you may be able to get into it that way if the password is stored on the PC, that way you can look at the values current, if you have changed them you will never be able to Factory Reset it as the pre-defined would replace and then you are done.

If it's just the WiFi password you're after, and you have devices currently connected to WiFi, then you may be able to retrieve the password from them. Both Android and Apple (and the EE app, if you've ever set that up to work with your hub) have options for doing this.
If it's the hub admin password though, then you're probably out of luck.

@Clara5 Check the bottom of your EE hub. My old PlusNet hub had an additional label placed beneath the removable card, but that was obviously too sensible and logical a place to put it 😂
If you find it there, worth marking this as the solution to help others.
