Part fibre

So I was sold full fibre recently but having slow connection (was told I would never have this). Now I’ve looked on the app and found if you have your fibre connected through a socket, this is part-fibre, not full. If this is correct, have I been mis-sold? Could this be why I’m experiencing problems? How do I get what I’m paying for?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your landline number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

How were you sold "full fibre"? How was it described for you & where? What was the name of the EE BB plan that you were sold?
