POE Access Points not connecting

Hi - I have just moved from BT Hub to the new EE hub. I have connected 2 POE Access Points (Ubiquiti) but cannot get anything to connect to them. I have factory reset the APs and know they are working as I can see them  when searching for WiFi but they just hang when trying to connect anything to them. When I go into admin it shows nothing connected to Ethernet ports - does anyone have any suggestions of how to fix? Many thanks.

@pgc123   not really sure what you mean. Or know much about your Access points - are they expecting POE from the router or do you have some kind of adapter?

Which admin are you going into - the router or the AP?

The APs have their own separate power.

If I look at available WiFi I settings on my mobile phone I can see both APs named but cannot connect anything to them.

When I log into EE router it is showing no Ethernet connected to any of its ports. Either the ports are not working or I think I need to do something with the EE admin settings?
