Switched to EE mobile and broadband 6 days ago and still no broadband. Nothing. They say there is an ourage and this is being reviewed by some "Team" today. After 6 days!! **bleep**!!!! How do they get away with this ? Any advice?

Have you gone for a like for like service, or upgraded to full fibre?

I moved from TalkTalk, general ? broadband. I'm in Cambridge. They said they'd keep me updated , today is the day of their so called review, I've heard nothing, and Im stuck on the phone again waiting

Did you cancel or tell Talk Talk you were moving, or did you just order with EE?
