New smart hub pro not on my account

New Smart hub pro came Tuesday.  But account is still showing smart hub plus for set up. Any one else having this problem. Any one able to show what there WiFi controls look like with smart hub pro.

@Daisyt90 Are you a new user, transferred to EE and straight onto the Pro router as your first device, or upgrades etc, others have posted in different threads that you may have read, that the Plus is what shows up when setting up etc. Are you a app only nothing else, also does the app appear to be functioning as you would expect?

Got 1.6 about a month ago then they got in contact and said we will get the new smart hub pro. You can set up smart hub pro but regarding the app. Can’t get WiFi enhancers won’t work due to account set up to smart hub plus

@Daisyt90 If you also got the wifi enhancer for the Pro router, you can setup without the account side, so do not understand, the app may work but it is not needed, let me know if you have an extender. Will also link the help. but just follow setting up with ethernet cable option even though it is a document for the plus, it's the same way, if there is updated document it will be on the link. Edit: and the document has indeed been updated. But the fix problems is not updated as yet!

I’ve got it all sorted and running. I’ve hard wired most of my stuff to cat 6e cable. Only have 3 devices on WiFi. But you think they would update app so it show correct hub and also if it was new hub set up it wouldn’t show my old devices that was connected on smart hub plus

@Daisyt90 That may be a separate issue, the setup has the option to take all of the Plus info, transfer it to the Pro for quick and easy setup of all devices, the down side is that the matching name and the password on the wireless wifi side now no longer match the Pro info, but they are for the old Plus, so not sure what was or wasn't done at the setup side or even if the setup app would play nice or not, bypassing what ever you decided.

The app will know doubt eventually show correct details, but as you say if that is coming from your account side then who knows were/what/when it is done, If the app looks like it is working then do not stress to much, chocolate and teapot are my feelings for app's but that's just me.
