New order

Im new to EE broadband and I don't go live with new modem till 19/1/26 , I've ordered the 150mbps but wondering is it possible to change order to the 500mbps plan instead. Or would I need to cancel initial order and start again! Any help appreciated thankyou.

You'll need to call CS to see if you can & how. Neither the modem nor the router would need changing, just the plan.

Spoken to CS i have to wait till account go lives 19th January then next day can call up and change plan
