So looks like I am one of the customers who cannot access the wifi controls on the EE app for the new broadband service. Can see loads of people are having the same issue. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and rebooting the router but like everyone else this doesn’t work. Has there been a work around done for this yet?

Funny you should post today because I obviously can't speak for anyone else on this thread but my WiFi controls started working today and I later got an email saying my complaint was closed.
I called 150 about a month ago - they explained that its a problem that can happen with "legacy customers" - people that have upgraded from accounts they've held for years

I have this problem too. Currently on my 3rd EE router having been ‘upgraded’ from a brilliant BT hub. So frustrated as it’s interfering with work.
