I have been sent incompatible equipment- Smart Hub Plus and Smart WiFi Pro when both should be Pro. Have called 4 times and spoken to 7 different agents now all of whom either lied to me or just put me through to someone else. I am paying for my equipment but I can’t use - this is ridiculous. EE must be the absolute worst for service.
