Randomly my re broadband kicked everyone off the internet saying incorrect password when it is and made sure it’s the same password what should I do to fix it?

@Simon_lees Call EE CS and report it, then/or HELP to 66033 but don't expect they will see anything when they take a look see.
Other is switch your hub off for 5 minutes incase it just got confused with the wifi access.

You talking about the WiFi pwd? Check it by logging to your EE Smart Hub/Router at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router. Then on the Advanced > Advanced Wireless page you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like. Then tell everyone to Forget that network SSID & to connect again with the correct pwd.
