@MamaDerek If you have tried with it plugged into another known good power socket then either the PSU unit or the Actual EE/BT Router has failed not ON/no light Indication. You will have to call EE/BT CS to order a replacement unit. Although you mention EE in your posting heading you could have either off the Routers supplied, and just the EE contact us below.
