Hi,
We had some reports of luminate.live not loading. We've narrowed it down and it seems to just be the EE broadband users.
Could you remove the block? Its causing confusion for our customers.

Is it all EE Home Broadband users that have been unable to access the luminate.live domain, or only some of them?
Do you know if any of those users who are unable to access have "Parental Control" switched on in their settings?

You'd need to be an EE user to call EE to enquire about or report this. So 1 of your EE user would need to call.
