Oh and they said the EE app will never pair with the BT hub !

From my experience it won’t with the EE hub either.  Been moved from BT hub too the EEHub, no difference unable to pair fobbed off constantly, oh and worse WiFi coverage than I had with BT hub.  5 more days to wait. Maybe they will say to reset hub again.  Patience wearing thin, and really questioning the move to EE one

I ended up cancelling and taking a different package which includes a new hub and discs

The app would’t pair either, but I phoned them and a very nice young Irish lad sorted it all for me

It took him a very long time though, one needs great patience!

It was never going to work without their intervention

The app is still rubbish though, and doesn’t control the discs, or do speedtests

Basically all it does is show me my bill

I still have a while to cancel, so we’ll see how it goes!

But, @Daisyt90 , your SH Pro is working otherwise, isn't it?

It is. But still not the point when paying £79.99 a month have not able to access control panel. Yes I am aware that some stuff you can do by accessing your hub by I.p

Well two days in and my digital phones won't work

Called them up, got someone totally useless who doesn't know what to do, can't find my hub on the system o gave up !

I said I would go back to BT

He said I can't go back after I leave

Is this correct

Obviously within my cooling off period

Totally useless, wish I'd never changed

@koalakoala : Yes, you can't go back to BT. They are concentrating on business users while EE takes on the consumers.
