I support no speeds. I'm just a user like you.

You have the choice of downsizing to FTTC but you appear to refuse it. If you don't take up a free Home Move you will have to pay off the Early Termination Fees of your EE contract to its min. term.

It's not EE's doing that you choose to move to an area where FTTP is not available to all BT-based ISPs. You also had the opportunity to carry out due diligence & research it beforehand.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your new addy? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your addy.

You will be tied into a contract for a min. term but you can do a free Home Move even if it means downsizing your BB.

It only shows normal fibre not ffttp which is what i need so cant down grade am i stuck with this contract

Then you'll just have to downgrade as FTTP is not available there.

But that speed isnt enough for me and would need the faster speed the only option for that is virginmedia

If it's so essential, as well as VM have a look at CityFibre.
