hi, wondering if when I move home can I take the broadband to the new house or will I need to organise a new provider/ system

EE will move your BB to a new location for free if it has services there but you will need to start a new contract term - see How Do I Arrange my Move?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
