Hello,
So I moved over to EE recently and part of the agreement was EE pay for my cancellation fee which is awesome, However Virgin Media now keep contacting me regarding an overdue payment. I have spoken to them and said EE has already paid the cancellation fee I no longer require reminders if any issues to contact you guys, but Virgin Media are still emailing and calling me for this payment.
What are my best steps to solve this so Virgin Media finally leave me alone and stop harassing me!

Indeed.... going to do a listen in with the EE team on Friday regarding the selling of the contract to me.
Hopefully get something sorted and I can hear the Agent just straight up lie to me again :)))
