Move phone line between Broadband accounts at the same address

We have 2 broadband connections at our house, 1 with a landline, 1 on the left & 1 on the right

I need to move the landline from 1 broadband to the other

EE have stated they can't do this which i think is rubbish as they could deliver a new BB & LL to the right side of the house

Has anyone else come across this please?

@panda25  You might think it is rubbish, but it has not been possible to  get or move landlines since September last year due the forthcoming PSTN closure.

Depending on your lines capability as well the exchange you are on, you may be able to add Digital voice to either line. Did you ask about that?
