Looking AT Cahnging My ISP

Looking to change my ISP - if I went with you could you please supply me with the following information
1. What kind of router do you provide
2. If I took a landline could you port my current number and would this be a digital line
3. If a digital line can you provide an ATA as my partner has a vintage phone she want to continue to use
4. If you can not provide a ATA which would you recommend and can you supply configuration instructions
5. Is there a web app to use the phone from the computer
6. When fttp becomes available in my are can I upgrade with no problems

Was looking for a customer services email address and could not find one so that one mark down for a starters

@SouthportP  hopefully this info will help.

 

1. The router may depend on the service you take.  But this help page will give you more info - not all features come as standard. https://ee.co.uk/broadband/wifi-controls 

2. It should be possible to port your number, it will be a digital line.

3 The router has a phone port you can plug a phone into.

4.NA and not possible. You must use the supplied router for Digital Voice

5. Not available.

7. Should be possible if it is an Openreach FTTP.

3. Conventional analogue phones can be plugged into a phone port on the EE supplied router (must be used for DV) & also into a digital adapter away from the router which connects to the router by wireless. It is possible you can no longer get Pulse Dialling.
