On moving to my current address 3 years ago i joined EE broadband, due to an inactive line to the property EE had to arrange for a new line to be installed. The address is slightly incorrect on the Database when doing a search with any broadband provider and both the old line and new incorrect lines are listed. It may be causing problems when wanting to move to a different provider. Is there any way that the new line address can be ammended and the old one taken off? I am unable to go through openreach for this as im unable to contact them. Thanks

@Richwill1984 That is something that the Broadband Care Team will need to sort for you.
Depending on the change required an ORDI may be needed - but give them a call with the info and they should be able to advise.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your existing phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. Then do the same with your current addy using the Address Checker.
