I have just renewed my contract with EE, but I already regret it, because their connection is terrible in my NW10 region, it keeps crashing and doesn't connect, I'm having to use my cell phone as a backup to connect to my internet. THIS IS A SHAME!!!!!

@Roberlei presumably you were happy with the service until very recently, so it is more likley the recent bad weather has impacted your service, than renewing it.
Have a look and work through the Help pages, or even give the Broadband Support team and I am sure they will get your issues sorted.
