Good evening

Can someone please help as I've never been notified of this.

I've already phoned EE and they couldn't help me (find that strange) and told me to visit my local store, but they didn't provide it to me either.

Thanks

As much as I like being a customer of EE, I find their website very difficult to use, the profile section on the website, doesn't actually tell you what plan you're on and the monthly cost etc.  It's not always user-friendly and find myself going round in circles, forever being asked to login when I click on another part/section and never know where I'm up to with it and end up wasting my time and getting confused.  In my opinion it needs looking at and making more straightforward.

Thanks

In may case, I can see the account number by logging into my account at ee.co.uk and clicking the 'Bills & Payments' link in the horizontal navigation pane: -

From there, if I then click the 'See your full broadband bill' hyperlink under the Broadband & TV section, then I'm presented with a page that has my account number under the 'Your bills' heading: -

@bobpullen : To see your BB bills in the way you say, you 1st have to link your BB contract to your EE a/c for which you need its a/c no. Chicken & egg!

@bobpullen : Do you remember how you 1st got your EE BB a/c no. I got mine from a Welcome email.

I can't no, I save all my important emails and for some reason I have never received anything from EE that contains the account number , just what the speeds are and the monthly price.

I was asking @bobpullen
