Just signed up to EE Broadband from BT, have had an EE mobile account for years. Trying to link a product but it's asking me to call 150 to verify myself, spent 11 minutes holding and I haven't got time for that. Can someone help?

Not that i can help, but i have been having the exact same issue for the past 2 weeks. was told this morning they need to merge my account and will be sorted in next few days. However just got an email saying they've closed my request, and its still not working! If i found out anything else will repost on here.

wow, that's annoying. I'm currently holding again, they said it'll be 20 minutes. It wasn't even this bad with BT and they're terrible. Awful, awful service. Definitely let me know if you hear anything, I'll do the same! Thank you
