How do I talk to engineer?

FionaElsewhere

My broadband has been intermittent for 2 weeks. An engineer has just cancelled and told me to ring to re-schedule bit there seems to be no way to do this. I've tried to call but keep being told to use the text service which doesn't help at all.

Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm

From your EE mobile

From any other phone

Hello

Thank you but I have called multiple times with no option to wait, just repeating of other options. The only way I've managed it is going through the whole text thing until I can request a callback.
EE used to be much better before the merger.

@FionaElsewhere   I have just called the number, option 2 for broadband, option 1 for a fault, at the end of the message and a text being sent it says if you prefer to wait and talk to someone press 9.
