Hi Everyone,
After some basic help.
I used to be a BT broadband customer and have recently switched to EE. I need to manage the access list on my BT Home Hub. I've tried to use my old BT credentials and seem to be getting nowhere fast. Any help greatly appreciated

@jka1234 Which BT Router do you have? And did you manage that router with a smart phone app previously? And also do you have and also set up an EE ID account, have access to it?

BT Smart Hub 2 (+ 3 disc repeaters) and yes i did manage it via my mobile using My BT.
I have just setup up my EE ID account. Is there an equivalent EE mobile app similar to the My BT app then?
Thanks for responding.
John

@jka1234 Yes new EE App called work home play this is the version you need for Android or Ios version 5.39.0 is the latest.
Some reports of issues with the App/Router combo, but search the forum to find.

@XRaySpeX OP posted few day's/week ago, used now to manage SH2 but having issue with i think groups or parental control so may not be fully functional, when i get time will search for the posting. Text from the posting
"It's the ee app controlling a legacy BT Smart Hub. We migrated across."
