I am in the UK and this is a UK cafe with ee WIFI and I have been with ee as a business customer for years.

How do I know what my login details are?

That looks like a mobile plan to me, not BB at all.

Not with just an EE mobile plan. You need to have a New EE Broadband plan. Otherwise you have to pay for it as the public do.
