Hi I have been offered my board band for £26 per month. I do not have a land line. I have been with you for numerous years and have been happy with my service. So I do not want to leave. Could you try and match this price? Thank you. Regards

It's from sky, just the board band I require. I don't know what package I have with you. I've been with you for so long I have forgotten. I just require the basic broad band as I do not have a computer or land line. Thank you

What does it say in your MyEE for BB under My A/c > View plan ?
What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.
