It doesn't look like anything came through on your last post. 

If you were trying to attach the table that @XRaySpeX had mentioned, it is best to login to the community and attach it to your post rather than reply from your email as the image won't come through.

It can depend on a number of factors. It's usually between a few days and 8 weeks. The Openreach availability checker should give you an idea on when it should be available.
