EE will not honour USwitch Price

Tried signing up to new broadband deal via website, went through the whole application process whilst it was still show the prices.  When I clicked continue it stated I already had a BT Account (historic at that address) then stopped offering me the discounted prices.  Online chat said it wasn't their fault as it was through a third party and offered me lower speeds at higher price.

@Karches Do you still have a BT ISP broadband account, that is the question, if so EE/BT/PN all part off the BT Group off companies, a move see's you as one off those and offer will not be valid Uswitch wise! If none off the above companies you were with how long is the Historic at the address period been? Old customers have to be away from an ISP for a certain amount off time to get ANY new customer joining price?

Try direct to EE for joining price/speed is what you are looking to match, and forget about Uswitch if not working for you!

The Uswitch prices to EE are just crazy low, not surprised that EE have a dispute with it all.

@Karches   If you are trying to move to EE and you’re not currently a BT or EE customer then you need to call customer support and request that they remove your information/address from their system.   A previously account registered at this address that’s no longer in use needs to be purged out of the system.  It can be done

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
