Recently I upgraded to the ee smart hub plus and I'm not sure about this EE-BT thing. Since I switched I have not received any bills at all through email or phone after almost two months of having this new plan. I've tried to set up my broadband account but I need my billing number, which I don't have. When I check my plan the status shows ceased for some reason. And my landlines also just does not work at all. When I try to set it up it doesn't work.

@javako345 If your are in a ceased state, EE will have cut you off for not paying the bill for whatever the reason it does not matter. Link below will get you started in the right direction and you have to deal with it.

You do pay your bills to EE? I should phone CS & query it & to get your BB linked to your EE a/c.
