In a conversation w Exec Complaints on Thurs we had to remind them that compo promised on 13/11 still hadn’t been pd. Profuse apologies, will get right on it etc. Nothing since. Yeah, I know, w/e intervenes. Weird how I pay a coy, and it goes instantly. Coy pays me, and even if they actually action it, it takes days.
In same conversation he agreed to send me a replacement WiFi Extender for 1 which died after a remote router reset to kick start WiFiControls. “No need to return the old one”.
New one arrived yesterday, with a returns bag. This morning I have an email saying if I don’t return the old one they’ll charge me £50.
Yeah, I know. Automated schmautomated. System schmystem. Blah blah blah.
And the circus rolls on.
PS new Extender connects virtually instantly. Hurrah. I move it 2ft to its permanent position and it goes offline in Hub Manager, tho light is still steady aqua.
