EE Smart Hub 7 Plus Router Firmware

Posting the firmware versions for the EE Smart Hub 7 Plus Router, which was launched 12th December 2025.

Firmware version: r3.29.4-R-1511690-PROD-84001 19/12/2025 App ver 3.7.4

Firmware version: r3.35.15-R-1597208-PROD-84001 19/12/2025 App ver 3.11.2

Looks like a bug with the firmware and user not able to set to a static IP address for devices connected to the router by an ethernet cable. Always use this IP address is set to No as default and can't be set to "Yes"

Have you tried the steps in the Port Forwarding: Access to your home network help page @JimM11 posted, to see if this works for you?
