My move to EE broadband completed yesterday but I have not received a new router. Previous one was plusnet. Will it be a long wait? Thanks

@TawS  you need to give the Broadband Care Team a call to find out what has happened to the router.

But if the change happens before the EE Router arrives you could easily change the username on your PN router to work on EE.  https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/using-and-configuring-a-third-party-router
