EE Don't Want New Customers

I give up in my quest to join EE.

The website, instead of being open and honest, hides key information so the customer cannot make an informed decision.

Example:

EE broadband customers can also get unlimited sim with £20 discount.  Website says click here to find out more.  Do so but you have to sign up to EE Broadband before you can even see what the offer is. So unless you sign up, you can't see what the choices are, what's included and what you can add on.

The £19 discounted sim includes "extras worth up to £25" but again to even find out more, need to sign up to EE Broadband.

Go to Chat.  Get passed between agents then get cut off.

Someone explain to me why anyone would want to join an organisation that is secretive and won't share what is available?

I've given up

This answers some of the questions but not all.  It then provides a link to see multi benefits which then takes you back to the website which then takes you back into the loop as described in my original post.

Why make it so hard to research the options? If it is this challenging before joining, imagine what it might be like if there was an issue.

I had EE a few years ago and left dye to awful customer service, looks like things haven't improved.

I'm thinking that EE isn't for me at the moment as I can't easily get the information needed because EE chose to hide it
