EE Digital Home Phone - Ringtones

So I have just switched to EE for my broadband and landline. I purchased the Digital Home Phone from EE with the plan. Apparently it's just a rebrand of the BT handset but for some reason there are no ringtones available on the EE handset while there are on the BT one. Is there any way to update my handset (with it being connected to wi-fi) to add more ringtones?

It would be helpful to get a reply to this post as I have exactly the same problem on the digital "advanced" home phone- when I try to change a ringtone from the one default there are no options and handset gives me an error message of "not currently available" - seems like we have gone back to the last century when  phones had no choice especially annoying as I purchased the advanced version🙄
