Frustrated customer here!
I took out the Essentials Fibre 67 package with EE because my account clearly stated I’d be eligible for a free upgrade to Full Fibre when it became available in my area at no extra cost.

Well, OpenReach has now installed full fibre down our road, and suddenly EE is telling me I’m not entitled to the free upgrade unless I agree to a big price increase. Additionally, they’re refusing to waive the early exit fee if I choose to leave instead.

It’s incredibly disappointing I only stayed with EE on the understanding that the upgrade would be free, just as advertised in my account. Feels misleading and unfair, especially when other providers are offering better full fibre deals with no hidden catches.

Sort it out, EE — this isn’t the kind of customer loyalty treatment people expect.
