Checking connection inside and outside home

Unstable ping. Resetting the router via the app normally helps but when going through the process. The message checking the connection inside and outside home this will take about 1 minute is stuck at 1 minute. It doesn't advance.

Are you checking your connection using the EE app? 

Could you try the help on the Fix EE Broadband Connection Problems page and check the connection, does this work for you?
